Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
Return Process
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographs of the item and packaging to assist with our review.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed and dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
